In 2007 the Tuncurry Women's Bowling Club celebrated its 50th Anniversary. 

The Women's Club has an active schedule throughout the year with Ladies' Day on Wednesdays from 9.30am and Mixed Bowls every Sunday from 1.00pm.  The Club also fields strong teams in Pennants and is host to prestigious tournaments such as the Ladies' State Championships and the Ladies' Classic Fours.
