Download the Membership Application Form on this page. Print the form and complete the details. Come to the Club between 9am – 9pm daily. Applications received in person will be processed on the spot. Bring photo ID and collect your membership card.

For applications received by post the applicant must come to the Club to show photo identification and to collect their Membership Card.
 
IMPORTANT: Once a membership has expired the club re-sets its database and any rewards points accrued to a membership card are lost. To gain entry to the Club the expired member is required to re-join the Club by completing the Club’s application form.
